CSM is an abbreviation of Customer Satisfaction Manager. It is a new term that is replaced by the ¡°Home Delivery Driver¡± who simply
performed delivery service. We are trying to make CS Manager a specialist, who has technical installation knowledge and Customer response skill.
 
We have grasped customers inconvenience about delivery/installation from customers suggestions about their needs. We have been able to improve the service quality to make customers more satisfied.

This is a service that monitors the observance of due date, CS Manger Kindness, Satisfaction of Installation after delivering and installing electronic appliances.

This action is taken directly from CS manager on a day of installation of goods to cope with customer needs.
CSI Survey
We survey customers satisfaction through an exterior Research company and based on the result, we are able to make a better customer service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
Name Tag
AS proving the CS Managers name-card, CS Managers have more responsibility of the goods and also could make a quick response of claim from customers after installation.
